The "Refer a Friend" programme offers a one-time referral bonus for recommending a Candidate. The program is designed to support the recruitment team in sourcing and employing Candidates and attracting the best talents who are interested in working for eConsulting.
By recommendation, it is understood as sending a CV of the Candidate together with their agreement for the processing of personal data by eConsulting Sp. z o.o. included in the CV, by an e-mail to jobs@econsulting.co
The referral bonus for the entry-level position is 2000,00 PLN
Examples of such positions: administration & back office area, Accountant, Marketing Specialist, HR Specialist, Recruiter, Board Assistant, Receptionist etc.
The referral bonus for the junior position is 3000,00 PLN
Examples of such positions: Junior specialist (consultant, sales) etc.
The referral bonus for the regular/mid position is 4000,00 PLN
Examples of such positions: Specialist (consultant, sales) etc.
The referral bonus for the senior position is 5000,00 PLN
Examples of such positions: Senior (consultant, sales), Senior Specialist, Business Development Manager, Manager, director, team leader, head of sales etc.
