How does the recruitment process work?

The recruitment process at eConsulting is pretty standard. You don’t have to worry about unusual questions like “Why are sewer manhole covers round?” or “How many golf balls can fit in a bus?”. We just want to make sure you’re qualified and will be comfortable with the position we offer.

Recruitment is divided into four stages:
  • 1. stage

    Review of your resume.

  • 2. stage

    A meeting (usually online) or a phone interview with a recruiter.

  • 3. stage

    Additional meeting, this time with a hiring manager who verifies your technical skills (applies to technical positions).

  • 4. stage


If everything is in order, we sign a contract and start working together!

eConsulting is an IT consulting company. It is not a typical personnel consulting agency, as the specialists we seek are hired directly by our company, carrying out projects for our clients. We are focused on long-term cooperation.

We focus on the goal and achieving it is the most important thing for us. We believe that you know best when you are most productive. That’s why we’re flexible with our hours – for most positions, you can start work between 8 and 10 a.m. In some cases, however, you’ll have your hours determined by your specific needs and work schedule.

We are committed to making you feel comfortable during the recruitment process. We guarantee a smooth and transparent contact with us. Depending on which team you are applying to, the process may vary slightly. What does the process itself look like? See here (link).

Onboarding is carried out 100% remotely – it starts with sending the required equipment for your position directly to you, along with a welcome gift. From your first days on the job, you receive HR support – we are here for you to answer any questions you may have. In your welcome messages, you will receive a package of information necessary for you to start work and access to our internal portal, where you will find everything you need. We know how important the first days at a new job are, so we do our best to make you feel comfortable despite the work environment that is still new to you.

We are a company that works in a remote model – from the office, from home or hybrid. Depending on which department you join, the nature of the work may vary slightly. In some cases, stationary work will be required, which we clearly indicate in the offer.

In 99% of cases remotely. However, you have the choice of which form of meeting you prefer – online or face-to-face (F2F) in the Warsaw office.

We are flexible, together we set a convenient time for you between 8:00 and 18:00, or even later.

Throughout the entire recruitment process, you are under the care of our team of Recruiters. You will be taken care of by one designated person from the moment of the first interview until the offer is made. The HR department will be happy to guide you through the formalities of the employment itself.

We work with many international companies that are constantly looking for experienced people for their projects. The demand for IT specialists is very high. eConsulting is constantly acquiring new clients and therefore the number of ongoing projects is increasing. As a result, employees with similar skills are often sought, and advertisements remain unchanged.

eConsulting is largely a group of IT professionals with experience. We engage people with the right competencies and skills for projects. However, this does not mean closing the way for people starting their careers. Some projects allow us to hire people with no experience. We are eager to invest in young talent and appreciate every potential.

Knowledge of foreign languages is highly valued at eConsulting, and in most cases required at a communicative level. The main language of communication in our company is English. That is why we care that our employees speak it freely. Knowledge of other foreign languages will undoubtedly be a great asset.
