Our client decided to implement all the functionalities which Cornerstone delivered in the year 2018 as one huge change request to ensure validated status of their learning management system.
Scope of work
Our client wanted to scope, document and test all new improvements in a pretty short time.
We helped them finalize the scope. We mapped their current change management process, followed it during the implementation, analysed, reviewed and updated the impacted documentation (like User Requirement Specification, Functional Risk Assessment). During the project we captured our observations related to the processes.
We compared their change management process against best practices from ITIL v3 and presented our recommendations based on this analysis and our observations during the project to help them improve their processes and keep their system in a validated status.
Result
After the project, the impacted documentation was updated with new functionalities, all the improvements were tested, and our client was happy to own a system in a validated status again.
