The project consisted in providing a configured CSOD LMS portal for the Life Science client.
Expectations and major project requirements:
Scope of work
- integration with the customer’s eDMS, automatic supply of LMS with training objects from the client’s system
- portal integration with two data sources about OU and users
- SSO application and certificate signature for LO
- providing Custom reports delivered on client’s sFTP and e-mail
- compliance of documentation and implementation process with the requirements of GxP validated systems (Annex 11 for UE and 21 CFR for USA)
- system compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- preparation and delivery of validated documentation and test scenarios consistent with the requirements of validation
Result
Despite high project complexity and versatile customer requirements, the project was delivered in agreed time and its quality exceeded the client’s expectations.
