Implementation of HR system for our healthcare client, a multinational hospital chain operating in Europe and India. This client is a prominent member of European healthcare groups, with a strong global presence encompassing 12 countries and 26 hospitals. The organization faced challenges in effectively managing employee data due to its continuous acquisition of diverse healthcare-related businesses.
Scope of work
The main goal of the CHR project was to implement a common HR system across all countries and business locations, which included integration with existing local HR systems where applicable, while allowing Cornerstone to directly manage employee data in countries/business locations without its own systems. All data is ultimately transferred and stored in the client’s central data warehouse.
The implementation of the CHR module resulted in the following benefits for healthcare client:
• A centralized platform for managing employee data
• Standardized and improved data quality across all business units
• Countries which previously used excel sheets to manage employee data are now able to use a user friendly interface to do so
• Centralized data storage
