Our engagement involved the implementation of the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) for a prominent multinational healthcare client. This client operates an extensive network of hospitals across Europe and India, playing a vital role within European healthcare groups while extending its footprint across 12 countries globally, encompassing 26 hospitals. Offering a comprehensive array of healthcare services, from hospitals and cancer institutes to specialty care facilities, Fertility Centers, and diagnostic labs, our client presented the unique challenge of diverse subsidiaries operating without standardized Learning and Development processes.
Scope of work
As a prerequisite to the implementation, eConsulting provided Business Process Alignment which helped the company’s organization understand their needs and standardize the Learning and Development related processes. The initial phase saw the successful introduction of the Cornerstone LMS in Ukraine. Building on this pilot, subsequent rollouts were executed. Presently, the Cornerstone LMS is fully operational across our healthcare client’s sites in over 10 countries, serving a user base exceeding 30,000 individuals.
