The company had set forth two primary objectives:
- Streamlining the training notification process through automation to enhance efficiency and oversight in assigning and monitoring employee training.
- Elevating employee participation rates in training initiatives to ensure that staff remain abreast of the latest developments and continuously enhance their skills.
In pursuit of these goals, the client sought a service partner with proven expertise and experience in online training and technology within the pharmaceutical industry. They aimed to collaborate on the development of a dedicated Learning Widget.

The scope – Developing a Learning Widget

It took us a year for analysis and development, and we continued to support the system for several more years to keep it running smoothly.
