This client is a global distributor of electronic components and solutions that provides services to more than 1.3 million customers worldwide. The company has a workforce of over 6,700 employees, spread across four regions – Europe, India, Asia, and the USA. The company faced a challenge in managing the training and development needs of its employees across four regions. Our client requested to implement a Learning Management System (LMS) to provide a centralized platform for managing employee training and development. The LMS would ensure that employees across all regions had access to the same training and development opportunities, with consistent quality and messaging. The company partnered with eConsulting’s team Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), a leading provider of cloud-based learning and talent management software solutions, to implement the LMS system across all regions.
Scope of work:
The project involved the following components:
• CSOD LMS module implementation;

• Dedicated Admin Training;
• Outsourced Administration (OA), including TTI/Mouser Test Script Authoring.
